It is essential that all the valves are equipped with standardized connecting threads.
Valves, as well as the other products of Armatura Group are easy to operate because their mechanism enables for quick and non-problematic opening and closing. It is sufficient to take a look at a valve, so as to state whether it is open or closed, based on the arrangement of lever or knob. Closing the valve itself consists in the clockwise rotation of mandrel of 90 º right. At the moment of closing the handle is perpendicular to the housing, and when the valve is open the handle lies in the position parallel to the housing. In order to make it easier for a user to find out whether the valve is open or closed, the housing has additionally been equipped with position limiter “open” and “closed”. In a situation when the valve is not fully closed or fully open, there is a probability of damaging the ball of the valve. Thus, at the moment of installation you should pay attention of the house or flat owner to the fact that appropriate use of the valve requires setting fully closed or fully open position.
Armatura Group valves have a high mechanical and chemical strength, and a leaktightness confirmed by examinations and tests. Basically, they are intended for cold and hot water systems, as well as for the central heating and gas-fittings. They can be mounted in a vertical and horizontal position. The most important issue is the choice of appropriate type and size of the ball valve, taking into consideration the type and the working medium in the scope of the given system.2010-08-20 Among Armatura Group products a wide selection of valves is available, which can be intended for water, steam and gas systems.
